Bookkeeper

Our Lady of Guadalupe is searching for a part time Bookkeeper to work in collaboration with the parish life director and parish pastor or designate to ensure that our books are up-to-date, and our bills are paid. Responsibilities would include:

  • Preparation of important monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Communication with parish finance committee on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining a chart of accounts.
  • Recording transactions in the general ledger.
  • Handling accounts receivable and payable.
  • Reconciling the bank statements each month.
